As the 2014 comes to an end, it is time for a year review and to reflect at what happened within our company this year. We learned a lot from working on exciting projects with our customers and cannot thank them enough for their trust and willingness to work with us. Then we reorganized our internal structure so we can scale faster and better. A part of this was the new review process and the feedback we received from all our employees gave us a lot of ideas on how to make things even better in the future. Our patient hiring people looked through 621 resumes to find very smart and motivated people. The net result was hiring 15 additional people to round up our existing team, standing now at almost 50 people.

Taking about our team in this year review, they did a great job and we totaled over 73257 hours of work on over 110 different projects and pushed our growth in the last 4 years to 700%, wow!! It is not just about hard work though. There were plenty of team activities and a big party at the end of the year till 5AM next day. Yes, these guys know how to party as well 🙂

In the end though, it is not just about us, but also about the people around us. We raised over $750 and donated them to children and senior people in need. Many thanks to Valeriu Onofrei, our Chief Caring Officer, for taking the lead on this for a fifth consecutive year.
